Cranberry Spice Smoothie

  • Almond milk
  • Frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • chia seeds
  • Vanilla protein powder


  1. Put ingredients in a blender in the given order.
  2. Blend until no more frozen fruit lumps remain. Enjoy!
