Banza Pasta with Spinach, Pumpkin and Feta


‘Tis the season to enjoy some pumpkin puree. Pumpkin is an amazingly healthy, delicious and versatile ingredient that makes it easier to get your veggies! This Banza pasta recipe is sure to be a new favorite and one that will take a regular spot in your repertoire! Banza Pasta with Spinach, Pumpkin and Feta

Serves 1


  • 3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 oz low-sodium, low-fat Feta
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 1 box of Banza pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup spinach, raw
  • optional: chopped roasted pumpkin to liking


Simply cook the Banza pasta according to the box’s directions.  Drain the pasta then put it back into the pot. Mix the spinach in the hot drained pasta and let it wilt. Add the olive oil and basil to the pasta mix until combined. Once on a plate, top with room temperature pumpkin puree and feta slices. Enjoy!
