- 1 medium apple (we go for the Fuji variety)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter (a healthy alternative to peanut butter for those with allergies. It’s also a great source of vitamin E, fiber and protein.)
Cut your apple as desired and dip into the sunflower seed butter. Enjoy!
