- 5 Carrot Slices
- 4-5 Cucumber Slices
- 4 Strawberries
- 1/2 of Banana (Sliced)
- 4-5 Ice cubes
- 4 oz of Water
- 1/3 cup of Vanilla protein powder
- Put ingredients in a blender in the given order
- Blend until no more frozen fruit lumps remain.
- Drink all at once or save half in the freezer for later. Enjoy!
