Chocolate and Banana Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana, optional frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 spoon vanilla extract
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp yellow maca powder


  1. Put the banana into a blender. Add in the milk and the vanilla before adding in the powders. 
  2. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
