Blueberry Flax Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 spoon coconut oil


  1. Put the frozen fruit into the blender. 
  2. Add in the cashew milk, flaxseed, and coconut oil.
  3. Lastly add in the protein powder (so the powder doesn’t get stuck to the bottom).
  4. Blend it all up and enjoy!
