Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 spoon coconut oil
Directions
- Put the frozen fruit into the blender.
- Add in the cashew milk, flaxseed, and coconut oil.
- Lastly add in the protein powder (so the powder doesn’t get stuck to the bottom).
- Blend it all up and enjoy!
