Banana Pineapple Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into large pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • Handful of ice


  1. Put the fruit, coconut milk and then the powder into a blender. 
  2. Add in the ice and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
