Loaded Overnight Oats

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to eat a healthy and satisfying breakfast that’ll set your morning off on the right foot while providing you with a healthy source of energy. We all know oatmeal makes an awesome breakfast, so below we present you a recipe that’s not only packed with healthy fats but also quality carbohydrates and protein.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can actually make it in minutes the night before and allow the flavors to fully develop so you’ll wake up to a scrumptious and hearty breakfast!
