Loaded Overnight Oats

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to eat a healthy and satisfying breakfast that’ll set your morning off on the right foot while providing you with a healthy source of energy. We all know oatmeal makes an awesome breakfast, so below we present you a recipe that’s not only packed with healthy fats but also quality carbohydrates and protein.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can actually make it in minutes the night before and allow the flavors to fully develop so you’ll wake up to a scrumptious and hearty breakfast!

  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup water or milk alternative {we love “Good Karma Flax Milk + Protein” for extra plant protein and omegas}
  • 4 tbsp high protein/Greek plant based yogurt

Place oats, cinnamon, fruit, nuts and seeds in a reusable container. Stir or shake to combine all ingredients. Stir in your liquid of choice and yogurt. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning! {If you prefer warm oats, feel free to heat on the stove top on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally then enjoy!}.
