Ingredients
- 8oz almond milk
- 1/3-1/2 c frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
- Dump everything in your blender. It’s easiest to put in the protein powder last as it doesn’t stick to the bottom and sides of the blender as much.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
