Razzle Dazzle Smoothie


  • 8oz almond milk
  • 1/3-1/2 c frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder


  1. Dump everything in your blender. It’s easiest to put in the protein powder last as it doesn’t stick to the bottom and sides of the blender as much. 
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
