Ingredients
- 1c rolled oats (We love Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1/2c peanut butter (Use promo code “ETLNYC” for 10% off Nuts ‘n More plant based protein nut butters!)
- 1/3c honey
- 1 packet JP + complete (or your favorite plant based protein powder)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut shreds (or any of your favorite mix-ins)
- 1/2c Enjoy Life Foods mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix the oats, peanut butter honey and powder until combined. Gently mix in all the mix-ins your heart desires!
- Allow your “dough” to sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to solidify together.
- Roll into balls and pop one in your mouth {are you really a chef if you didn’t taste your work?}
- Store bites in the freezer. When time to enjoy, take a few out and let “defrost” for about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
