Pomegranate Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients, 3 Servings 

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 8 oz pomegranate juice
  • 6 oz Greek yogurt, nonfat, plain
  • 0.5 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 1 scoop (26g) 100% whey protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes¬†


Simply add all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved. Pour equally into two glasses. Enjoy!
