Chocolate Drizzle Popcorn
Popcorn is not only a fun snack to eat but also a good energy booster! A whole grain like popcorn is full of fiber and helps reduce the risk of developing many major diseases including heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, obesity and certain cancers.

Ingredients, Serves 4
- ¼ cup popcorn kernels
- 16 Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips, 60% Cacao
Use a hot air popper and pop the kernels. In the meantime, line a baking sheet with wax paper. Once the popcorn is fully popped, gently spread it out on the baking sheet and let it cool for five minutes. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl covered by a paper towel and melt for 45 seconds to one and a half minutes – the time depends upon how powerful your microwave is. Stir until the chips are completely melted and have a smooth consistency. Drizzle the hot chocolate over the popcorn. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
