Mango Orange Smoothie


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mango cubes or tropical mixed fruit, frozen
  • 1/4-1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Put ingredients in a blender in the given order.
  2. Blend until no more frozen fruit lumps remain. 
  3. Drink all at once or put in two coffee cups and save in the freezer for a healthy ice cream-like snack.
