Rise and Shine Nutritious Smoothie

  • ¼ cup shredded zucchini
  • ½ cup non-dairy yogurt (Greek yogurt works too)
  • ¼ cup sliced frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple
  • 1 TBSP flax seed
  • ½ TBSP apple cider vinegar


Add all ingredients into a blender, mix and enjoy!
