Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 medium frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 handful of ice
Directions
- Put the frozen fruit into the blender.
- Add in the almond milk, coconut oil and then the vanilla protein powder.
- Blend it all until smooth and enjoy!
