Cinnamon Fruit “Milkshake”

There’s something about a good milkshake that seems to take us back to the days of childhood. However, drinking an occasional milkshake here and there, will provide you a bit more fat than what you’d want to be getting regularly. So we have a Cinnamon Fruit “Milkshake” recipe that’s naturally delicious and less fatty!

With this simple, quick and easy recipe, you can certainly have the best of both worlds! Plus, it will give you a little extra boost and some healthy nutrients without weighing you down!

Ingredients, Makes 3 Servings

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup carrot juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt, Raspberry

Directions

Simply add the ingredients into a blender and blender until smooth. Pour the “milkshake” into three glasses and enjoy!
