We’re going to let you in on one of our favorite life hacks and secrets for you know those days you don’t want to cook. Who doesn’t love a good ‘ole bowl of soup every now and then? After all, soup makes a great, no-fuss meal! This one is not only delicious but also really easy to put together in a pinch!
Ingredients, 1 Serving
- 1 cup Pacific Natural Foods: Organic Light Sodium Creamy Butternut Squash Soup
- 1.5 tsp pesto sauce (we love Gotham Greens vegan pesto!)
Optional Garnishes:
- 4 ounces plain non-dairy Greek yogurt (we love Kite Hill one!)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds)
Directions
Simply place the soup in a pot on the stovetop for about 10 minutes on medium heat, or until desired temperature is reached. {If you would like, you could eat this cold: simply pour the soup into a bowl and allow it to chill in the refrigerator.} After pouring into your favorite soup bowl, decorate the soup by drizzling the pesto sauce on top and finishing with a dollop of yogurt + seeds. Enjoy!
