- 3c Butternut Squash, cubes
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions, Makes 4 Servings (3/4c per serving)
Mix the butternut squash cubes, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl. Once combined, mix in Italian Seasoning. Put the entire mixture into a medium-sized pot. Heat over medium heat for seven minutes, and keep stirring to prevent sticking. The squash will be ready to serve when the cubes are completely cooked and soft. Enjoy!
